I went in told then what the issue was. They looked at it and said it was something else. So after 630 bucks they wanted 880 more to fix what I said was wrong. Trying to say it was both. My trucks is doing the exactsame thing I thought they would stand by their diagnostics but I guess not.
Henry I am sorry you feel like we didn't address your complaint. When you originally came in you told us your Air Conditioning wasn't working. At that point at no charge we checked your A/C system for proper operation and found the A/C Condenser to be plugged up causing the A/C to run at extremely high pressures, reaching maximum pressure of 415psi before safety switches shut it down, normal operating pressures are around 200-250psi, we located a restriction in the condenser. After quoting you for a replacement and performing repair the A/C now functions correctly, however we found that the passenger side blend door is stuck on heat, the drivers side now blows cold and this was something we were unaware of from the beginning. At the end of the day your truck has two separate issues and we weren't aware of the second until after fixing the A/C issue. If we would have fixed the blend door issue first you still wouldn't have A/C operating properly. We would love to help in any way we can and we stand behind our work as you can tell by our many 5 star reviews and satisfied customers. If you have any further questions for us please feel free to call 509-457-1688 and ask for Brad.
