We were traveling in our RV with our Jeep Wrangler in tow in December 2020 and were told by our mechanic in Florida, where we're from, that we had a small main seal leak in the Jeep that could wait to be fixed until we got back from our trip. The problem worsened tremendously while across the country in Washington State, so we called several mechanics in the Yakima area and they were all booked until the new year for service. However, a few of them referred us to Westside Car Care. When we called, they immediately scheduled us for service just a few days later. They diagnosed the problem, which was NOT the main seal leak like our home mechanic suggested, it was a crack in the oil filter housing instead. Not only did the Westside Car Care guys diagnose it properly, they got the parts and fixed it for us in just 2 days. They ALSO fixed our off-road lights that were faulty, our external oil pressure gauge and our loose trailer wiring, all for no extra charge. They fixed our oil filter housing within the estimate given and then followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was working well. Love this place! We bought a headlight bulb thinking we could replace it ourselves.. definitely not. They got us in quick and didn’t charge to replace it since we already had a bulb. Will 100% go back for any of our car needs in the future. Thanks Westside Care Car!

These guys always are willing to double check work. I like how they call before any work is done to verify that the cost will be a certain amount and exactly what needs to be done. I will continue to come here for this and the fact the double check everything
